The Excursion Event is a 101 Level and open for everyone!
Sunday, September 29th is a 201 and Difficult Trail together. It is Valley of Fire together. Minimum 35″ Tires required.
(You can add on the 201 Sunday if you meet the requirements at registration or request to rent a Jeep for that day.)

DETAILS OF THE EVENT
THE EVENT
Thursday, September 26th
Ladyjeepers take over Vegas. We spend the day together exploring, having a great adventure and taking in the sights together.
The detailed itinerary will be emailed out 90 days prior to the start of the event.
More exciting details to be announced for take over day together.
Evening Activities Are Planned for Friday & Saturday
Evening plans may include; meeting up for dinner, casino time, show or more. Full itinerary is sent out 90 days prior to the event and announcements are coming for specific activities.
The Excursion Trails
We head out to Red Rock Canyon Trail together on Friday, September 27th at 7:15am. We will back in time for an evening of Vegas fun together.
Saturday, September 28th we go to the Nellis Exploration Trail together. We meet at 7:15am and will be back in time for a final fun evening together.
The 201 Trail Day
Sunday, September 29th is our Difficult trail day. We meet at 6:45am to head out to the Valley of Fire trail. We estimate to be back around 1:30/2:00 for the final close and departure around 2:30/3:00pm.
Minimum of 35″ tires for this Level
This is a difficult trail. Body damage and breakage is high risk
Renting A Built Jeep
Make it easy and a vacation of a lifetime….filled with Adventure!
Jeeps are all automatic LJ’s on one ton axles with 40″ tires, lockers, winch and on-board air.
All rentals are for the trail portion of the event only. We meet at Las Vegas Rock Crawlers each morning of the trail days and head out.
All fees, taxes, fuel, and the Jeep are included in the rental. All rentals are paid directly to Las Vegas Rock Crawlers for the day(s) you wish to rent the Jeep.
Passes, professional guide, snacks, bottled water, light lunch on Sunday and photographer are included in the event registration and rental fees.
Hands on Education and Training is provided by Ladyjeepers during the event together which can be participated with the rental Jeep.
You are responsible for gambling, betting and any monies won/lost personally. Ladyjeepers.com takes no responsibility nor liabilities for any personal debts or losses while at this event.
You will be responsible for securing and payment of your housing for the event as well as meals and spending cash. Hotel and campground information will be on the page and email for you once you register.

The Ladyjeepers.com Excursion Adventure Event Registration below is for the 3 Day Bucket List Adventure Event together. It includes Thursday, September 26th – Saturday, September 28th together.
You can add on the 201 Trail Day if you qualify with some driving experience and minimum of 35″ tires. You understand this is a difficult trail and body damage/breakage is high risk.
To register with a Jeep Rental
Pick the option to register for the event with a Jeep Rental. You will pay a $100 deposit today and make sure to fill out the form after you register that you will find on the next page after you register. Once you have registered and filled out the form you will be contacted directly to finalize your Jeep rental and registration.

Ladies Jeep Excursion Event – Thursday, September 26th – Saturday, September 28th with a Jeep Rental for Friday & Saturday trails is a total of $1625

Sunday, September 29th – 201 Badge Trail Day Add On With Jeep Rental is a total of $895 for the Trail Day.

- An Organized and Planned Ladyjeepers Take Over Vegas Day Together – A trip is not the same without adventures and fun together. That includes exploring and experiencing Las Vegas together. Thursday, September 26th is an organized activities day for us together around Vegas. The full itinerary, schedule and locations will be sent out 90 Days prior to the event.
- Evening Activities and Casino Plans – The evening plans are optional…but when in Vegas, we need to have some fun and make some memories. Evening activities are planned and scheduled together for you on Friday evening as well as Saturday evening. The full itinerary, schedule and locations will be sent out 90 Days prior to the event.
- Education, Hands On Help & Trail Ride with Support – You get the entire event devoted to learning, education, asking questions and support the entire process.
- Event T-Shirt & Decal – Wear your event t-shirt with pride and display your unique event decal!
- Passes for trails included, snacks, water, light lunch on Sunday, photographer and guide – Your passes for the three trail locations including entry into Red Rock Park, snacks, bottled water and a guide for each trail are included with each trail. Light lunch on the trail Sunday included.
