Why can’t I see all the education, courses and lessons?

Depending on what membership level you have, that dictates what education you have access to in the app.

An “Off-Road” Playlist or “Community” Membership has access to the Off-Road Playlist and the community inside the App. You can still earn points and achievements within you profile account and the App.

Adventurer Club Members have access to the Off-Road Playlist, Community, and all courses and lessons inside the app. Excluding the LIVE Members Only access.

Confident Trail Members have access to everything. This includes all courses, lessons, videos, community and the LIVE Members Only access to jump on for live members classes, Q&A and Guys take over help.

You can update your membership level right inside the app by clicking the more menu on the bottom right and then navigating to Become A Member.

The Videos open and I hear sound but no picture.

There can be a delay between the app and the video playlist server at time. If you click the top left of the video screen on the X when the full size video is playing and exit out. Then click on the video play button again and it will open with Video and sound.
