I believe that our Jeep gives us the opportunity of freedom, self empowerment and Confidence. When you grab the wheel and drive your life the trail ahead of you transforms.

I bring forward years of coaching as an Experiential Facilitator, Successful Professional Coach in the Sports Arena, and a Back Country 4 Wheel Drive Instructor.

When you leave a LadyJeepers.com Event or Finish a Course inside our Confident Trail University,  you have the knowledge and education to keep yourself and your Jeep safe as well as ensure a successful and fun Trail Ride!

THE Educational LEVELS

GETTING STARTED

101 Level is perfect for the stock vehicle or novice/beginner driver. No upgrades and no experience is needed. Come and learn how to take the step to enjoy your Jeep on the trail safely.

102 is perfect for the beginner or novice driver who is looking to build their skills and confidence on the trail and driving their Jeep off-road. No driver experience is needed or minimal. This is perfect for the lifted or Jeep with some modifications but you are just starting your off-road journey.

MOVING UP

200 is perfect for the beginner or novice driver who is looking to build their skills and confidence on the trail and driving their Jeep off-road. Some trail experience and ready to have a little more challenge at the easier trail levels to build confidence. Stock Jeeps welcome.

PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT 201

This level is perfect for the driver with some off-road experience and seat time on the trail, or who is moving up into the 201 level for the first time.

We recommend that you have completed the Ladyjeepers.com 101/102 level to have the foundation education. No “street tires” at this level. Recommend a MT tire at this level.

THE Invitational LEVELS

To Qualify For the Invitational Level

You must have attended a Ladyjeepers.com Event previously at the 201 or higher level. 

Must have attended a Ladyjeepers.com Extravaganza Educational Event in the past.

Minimum of 35″ tires required for all Invitational Levels.

PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT 201 +

This level is perfect for the driver with off-road experience and seat time on the trail, and moving up to gain more skills at the 201 level.

We recommend that you have completed the Ladyjeepers.com 201 level previously to have the foundation education. This is to continue growing at the next step in the 201 Level.

Tune Your Skills 202 & 202+

202 Level is perfect for the driver with experience and seat time through the 201+ level. Ready to move up to more difficult trails and terrain safely. Body damage can happen.

202+ Level is for the driver with a modified Jeep (must have lockers) who wants to push themselves and their Jeep on harder trails and terrain. Body damage is possible.

EXTRAVAGANZA WEEKEND SCHEDULE

A Ladies Jeep Educational Experience Like NO OTHER!

THURSDAY

2:00PM EVENT GATE OPENS FOR ARRIVALS & REGISTRATION – Check In is 2:00 – 5:30pm

All participants and passengers must complete the event registration and Check In Process.

At Check In;

  • Event Forms are filled out for both participant and passenger. The minor and pet form are sent out to anyone via Email who is bringing a Pet and a minor passenger. (Passengers must be 16 years of age and older.)
  • Event Participant Group Tags, Name Tag, Group Wristband, Bags & Event T-shirt given out at Registration Check In.
  • Park Passes for Participants & Passengers are given out.
  • Tent Camping Spots are Given out

6:30PM CATERED DINNER & SOCIAL HANGOUT – Kick off the event with our catered dinner and social hangout. Meet your fellow LadyJeeper friends for the weekend, meet the staff and kick back with some fun before we get started for the weekend. 

Dinner is included in your registration and your passenger registration.

Kick off raffle to follow dinner.

This is your start to a magical weekend, so we kick it off with style. 

FRIDAY

      Invitational Level Schedule for Friday – 

  • A full day of trail riding together in your specific groups.
  • If anyone at this level has not participated in the educational stations, you are invited to stay for the day of education with us. (You can never learn to much)

9:00AM Start Time

A Day of Hands On Ladies Jeep Education

You are broken up into your specified groups and travel through all the “Educational Stations” to learn hands on together.

Station Include 101/102 Groups;

  • Airing Down Your Tires – How, When and Why
  • Trail Etiquette and What You Need To Know & Ask When You Show Up To A Ride/Event. – Ensure You Have a Safe & Enjoyable Ride
  • Disconnecting & Re-Connecting Your Sway Bars – Why, When & How. Including what tools you need for your particular Jeep.
  • Winch & Recovery – Basic Recovery, understanding winch
  • Driving Skills – Know where your tires are and how to protect your Differential out on the trail.
  • Tips and Skills to help drive your manual off-road. A couple of my favorite exercises to get to know your manual on the trail. Help to alleviate anxiety behind the wheel.

200/201 Groups;

  • Changing A Tire On The Trail & Jack Use – Safety, as well as Options
  • Terrain & Picking Your Lines – Step up to training your eye and knowledge.
  • 201 Recovery – Towing and Pulling out a stuck vehicle
  • Winch & Recovery
  • Tips and Skills to help drive your manual off-road. A couple of my favorite exercises to get to know your manual on the trail. Help to alleviate anxiety behind the wheel.
  • Fire Safety and Emergency Safety

      Invitational Level Schedule for Friday – 

  • A full day of trail riding together in your specific groups.
  • If anyone at this level has not participated in the educational stations, you are invited to stay for the day of education with us. (You can never learn to much)

SATURDAY

TRAIL RIDE DAY

Line up start times at 8:45AM

You will be broken up into groups based on driver skill level and Jeep build. Beginner 101 will be STOCK FRIENDLY and NO TRAIL EXPERIENCE NEEDED! Groups will be a max of 10 per group for Trail Ride.

Then head out for a 5-6 hour trail ride, with help, encouragement and guidance every step of the way!

After Trail Check In

  • Help re-connecting Sway Bars & Airing Up
  • Overview of onboard air options 


    Saturday Hangout & Fun – 6:00pm

  • Game night with fun games set up and some Duck Competition Fun. (Sponsored by Duckingpros)

  • Hangout and social time together.

9:00AM Start Time

Who Doesn’t Enjoy A Little Friendly Competition?!

This year for our 5th Anniversary we are bringing back the Ladyjeepers.com Jeep Olympics! Compete in 4 different stations. (We give you a list and time to practice prior to the event)

Prizes and Awards for individual stations and overall Jeep Olympians!

Scheduled Throughout the Day;

  • A Rubicon Overview Class  – How to get the most out of your purchase in a Rubicon. What you need to know to control this beast. – Kristin DeLibero
  • Build Consultations – Access to ask direct questions about your Jeep Build. 
  • Mechanical, Tech or Maintenance Questions – Access to ask direct questions about your Jeep. – Official LadyJeepers.com Mechanic available.
  • Round Table with Kristin – Anything Jeep or non Jeep related discussion. 
  • Vendor Shopping available!!!!!!! (Shop & Save with event specials) 

2:30pm – Awards &  Ceremony

Followed by FINAL RAFFLE GIVEAWAY

3:30pm – Close of the Event for the Weekend

  • Park Pass – Your Pass to Windrock Park is included in your Event Registration Fee for our trail ride days.
  • Primitive Camping – A Primitive Camping Spot is included with your Event Registration. Additional Housing/Stay Options Are Available and Will Be Sent With Your Registration Confirmation Email.
  • Education, Hands On Help & Trail Ride with Support – You get the entire 3 Full Days devoted to learning, education, asking questions and support the entire process. Trail Rides are broken into groups of a max of 10 people and by Jeep Build as well as driver experience. The Educational Level is our 101, 102, 200 and 201 levels. The Invitational Level is for our returning advanced 201+, 202 & 202+ Drivers and Jeeps.
  • Event T-Shirt & Decal – Wear your event t-shirt with pride and display your unique event decal! You will pick Up your Driver Registered Package and Bag at Check In. As well as your itinerary for the entire weekend.
  • Event Dinner & Hangout – Your Dinner Thursday night is included with your Event Registration. We will also have a hangout with some fun things going on together too.
  • Event Raffle – Who doesn’t love a raffle??!! You will be entered into the Thursday night raffle after dinner, and Sunday final raffle. Fun and entertaining together!
